BOULDER JUNCTION IS A SPECIAL PLACE
As the city's first Transit-Oriented Development (TOD), Boulder Junction is designed to be a pedestrian focused neighborhood where people can live, work, and play. At Boulder Junction, you will find both local and regional transit connections with nearby access to the Goose Creek Path.

As a resident or employee of Boulder Junction, you have access to programs such as the EcoPass, the EcoPass Extra, and the Guaranteed Ride Home Program. The EcoPass and transit services are provided by RTD.

WHAT DOES TDM STAND FOR?
TDM stands for Transportation Demand Management. It is a series of strategies and policies to reduce travel demand and the amount of cars on the road, while encouraging biking, walking, public transit, and carsharing.
